Meyrick Developments Limited is a privately owned property development company based in Pembrokeshire and specialising in town or city centre residential and commercial regeneration projects.

Our vision is to restore derelict and run-down buildings back into the local communities thereby creating a vibrant mixed used development offering residential units to first time buyers on an owner occupier basis, together with small self-contained retail units to encourage new start up businesses.

We are also committed to employing local resources and skills as part of our development strategy.
